I have made a menu for the month of July and we are trying to stay as close as possible to it. Tonight was fathead dough pizza. It is pretty simple to make but not very big for a family of 4. So, I made a fathead and a chicken crust. They were both delish. I didn’t get a photo of the fathead, but this chicken one…I wish you could taste!!!

For this crust I used, 2 large cans of chicken, 1 egg, Parmesan, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400. Take it out and add your toppings of choice. I added regular red sauce, artichoke hearts, onions, mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Put back in for around 10 minutes.
