Happy Saturday y’all! It is still cold here. I thought the sun was supposed to come out today but I stand corrected. My G is sick though. It doesn’t matter how old they get, it still bites when you can’t really help. The stomach bug has been going around the school, so it was just a matter of time. He has been on the couch all day with Choc-O right by his side. That dog loves his boy so much.

Here is the recipe I made this evening from Bake It With Love. It is called Million Dollar baked chicken. It was really good. I served it over a bed of cauliflower rice and it was even better. Hubs doesn’t care for the cauliflower, but he ate it. Don’t let the photo fool ya, it is really tasty. Now, I am gonna go whip up some oatmeal cookies…
