I sure hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July. We had a very low-key day. MJ had to work so G and I just did some yard work in the morning before it got super hot. He is my super hero too…a baby copperhead made an appearance while we were mowing and I freaked out. He came to my rescue!! SO thankful he isn’t afraid to help momma out. Anyway, since it was just us, I baked some chicken thighs that had marinated in cranberry pomegranate salsa, zucchini and onion stir fry, deviled eggs, pasta salad and watermelon. We finished our meal with this delicious dump cake from Miss in the Kitchen. Y’all need to try this one out, super easy and oh so delish! We topped it with some Braum’s vanilla ice cream.
