Lunch today hit the spot. I had planned for cheese tortellini soup, but didn’t realize we were out of milk. So, had to hurry and find a substitute. I used A Family Feast’s recipe of Italian Beef and Sausage Pie. It’s really close to the meatloaf fam, which if you know me, you know meatloaf is NOT my thang. The cheese and the batter middle helped it not be so meatloaf-y. Let me know if you try it…
