Today was a fun practice day. We did our stretching and running as usual. We did some exercises as a group and then split into MS and HS. Coach Pickle took the MS on one side and I took the HS on the other for some drills and then we swapped. We tried a new drill and, umm, let’s just say, it is gonna take some perfectin’. What I love about these days are the laughter that happens. We just go with the flow and make it work. The girls work together to figure things out and are good at encouraging each other to keep going. Towards the end, the HS was doing a tug-o-war drill which became the event to watch. We all walked over to watch and encourage. I wish y’all could have heard the cheering and laughing that was happening. It was fantastic to hear and see.

Proverbs 27:17. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. i am so ready for this season.
