These 2 weeks have really been good for me! I couldn’t have said that after the very first day, when I thought I would actually die! I am pretty active in my day-to-day but this has been a bit difficult.

I am feeling better getting out there and just moving. In a week, Lord willing, I will turn another year older. I gotta start taking better care of myself and this is a good start!
